Melanie Rose-Zagwyn joined the staff of New England Village in 1999. As the Art Director, she is responsible for instructing and overseeing Residential, Day Service and Adult Education visual arts programs for the Village. Melanie has 26 years of combined administrative, supervisory and instructional experience in visual arts education.

Melanie believes that everyone has creative potential and that her role is that of a facilitator. Providing the format and materials, Melanie works with participants and staff to provide creative opportunities and encourage success on many levels.
