Work programs at New England Village enable individuals to maximize their vocational potential and earn a salary through meaningful employment. Work teams at our vocational division in Hanson, Massachusetts, located just seven miles from the Pembroke residential campus, engage in such tasks as assembly, materials handling and quality control. Ongoing supervision and support is provided for each team throughout the workday. Job placement at local businesses is also offered and not only fosters self-esteem, but offers the chance to build relationships with non-disabled peers.
