Ginger has been on staff at New England Village since 1999, and currently provides oversight and monitoring of services for six of the residential programs at the Village. Duties include: ongoing staff development and supervision, recruitment of new employees, quality assurance through ISP (Individual Support Plans) and facility maintenance. Additionally, the Manager of Residential Services supports family members and funding source communication, while continually responding to the unique and changing needs and interests of our residents.
