Pathways Swim at the Sollar Wellness Center

On a Tuesday morning in January when the outside thermometer read a chilly 34 degrees, swimmers from the Pathways I program were enjoying the Sollar Wellness Center pool, where the temperature read a balmy 86 degrees. There was much splashing around with instructor Kim Lowman and lifeguard Sean Carr. Arthur Widerman did some dolphin dives while Rhondelle Offley floated on some tubes. Jim Scott played an athletic game of volleyball with Joe Ford and Maureen Brassil.  David Sollar and Michael Forgione chose to use the pool for relaxation. No matter what you do in the SWC pool, you are sure to get some fitness benefits in a
really fun environment!

Rhondelle Offley sure looks
like she’s enjoying her
time in the pool.
