Outdoor Concert with
Indiana Dave
As part
of the Summer 2006 Adult Ed offering, forty people attended an outdoor
concert on the NEV campus on July 21st featuring crowd favorite
“Indiana Dave” (aka Dave Becker). The crowd was treated to many favorites: Margaritaville,
Brown Eyed Girl, The Gambler, etc. A limbo contest and conga line
added to the enjoyment. Three of our most handsome gentlemen – Phil
Soucar, Allan Feldman and Bob Leonard, gave a hula demonstration dressed in
authentic hula garb. Refreshments included ice cream sandwiches and
lemonade.
