Lighthouse Sculptures
Day Enrichment Program participants viewed a film titled “Staying at a Lighthouse” and learned about what’s involved with being a lighthouse keeper. Working with photographs of actual lighthouses, participants then sculpted their own lighthouse replica. The final step of the process includes painting the structure and adding actual flora and fauna to realistically recreate the landscapes.
