Latke Making with Joe Sances
 Latke making with Joe Sances is an annual event at the Village.  Every year, Joe shares his secret recipe and produces the tastiest latkes ever!  Using a combination of  boxed mix, fresh potatoes, onion, and some seasonings, the group mixed and shaped the ingredients.  While Joe manned the griddle, the rest of the group busily made over 60 latkes to be served at Hanukkah party, although some sampling was done prior to the celebration!
