Fitness with Kim Lowman
Friday morning DEP fitness class is structured to accommodate a more advanced skill level. Participants do a 20 minute structured aerobic segment after a thorough warm-up. The second portion of the class is free expression, using colorful ribbons or balls and lively music to energize. By using these props, participants are stretching and improving flexibility in a fun format. A relaxing segment at the end of class rounds out an overall wellness experience.
