Basic Cooking Class
This class focused on the proper way to measure ingredients before you get ready to cook your favorite recipe.  Color-coded measuring cups and spoons (for non-readers) were used. Class participants practiced measuring flour (using the spoon and sweep method), brown sugar, butter (using the marks on the wrapper), and liquids.
