On staff at New England Village since 1978, Deb provides daily supervision of the day to day services for five of the residential programs at the Village. This includes staff supervision, recruitment of staff, monitoring services through our individual support plans, supporting Village family members, monitoring maintenance of our homes in addition to monitoring and responding to the unique needs, interests and desires of our residents.
