Rick joined the staff of New England Village in August of 2002. As the Village's Director of Residential and Professional Services, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all homes and other campus-based programs, staff development, quality enhancement, regulatory oversight and compliance, and budgetary and personnel management. Rick has nearly 20 years of combined administrative, professional and direct experience in supporting the needs and enriching the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
