John Koechlin came to their village in 1975. He
shares an apartment with three roommates and works two days and spends three days a week with The Living Center. John is a warm and friendly man who has many talents and interests. He enjoys horseback-riding, swimming, basketball (he is on the NEV team), and Frisbee, and going to Red Sox games. His family is very important to him, sharing frequent visits, and John takes pride in being a good uncle to his many nieces and nephews. John also has an artistic side, and likes to paint, weave, and to listen to all types of music. In art class, two thumbs up and a grin from ear to ear from John indicate that he is satisfied with his latest artistic creation. John truly enjoys sculpting and assemblage formats and works with zeal and great concentration.
