Sarah Carr came to live at the Village in 1997. She works full time and enjoys going out to eat, shopping, movies, and visiting historic sites. She is currently on the NEV basketball team. Sarah has many interests and enjoys being involved in a variety of pursuits including music, dance, theatre, and art. In her art class, Sarah is eager and energetic and dives into the chance to express her creativity. Her seemingly simple technique gives recognition to the tender and sweet personality of her drawings which the viewer can identify easily. Her bold usage of color tickles and pleases the eye. Sarah is an artist who enjoys painting, collage, and working with clay, fabric, and a variety of materials.
