Residential
Direct Care
We
are currently seeking applicants to work Residential Direct
Care. These staff provide support to adults with
developmental disabilities in their home and are responsible for
helping individuals achieve the highest quality of life in the
following areas: Rights and Dignity, Individual Control, Community and
Social Connections, Personal Growth and Accomplishments, and Personal
Well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a
residential setting and a valid driver’s license. A Bachelor’s degree
is preferred.
The schedule for this position is afternoon to late evening and
includes some weekend hours. |

Day Habilitation Service Manager
New England Village, Inc., a nationally renowned provider org. in
Southeastern Massachusetts providing an array of residential and day
services to individuals with intellectual and developmental
disabilities, is seeking a dynamic and experienced day habilitation
service manager to coordinate the planning and delivery of services
for members at program located in Hanson, Mass.
This position reports to the Director of Day Habilitation. Key
responsibilities include development of day habilitation service
plans, overall coordination of case management and supporting staff
members.
Position requirements are: Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) and
at least 2-4 years of successful case management experience in the
field of human services. Also, a strong commitment and proven track
record in providing quality programming to individuals with
intellectual and developmental disabilities is essential. Knowledge of
Day Habilitation regulations and CARF accreditation standards strongly
preferred. Excellent salary and comprehensive benefit package

Live-In Residential Coordinator
The
Live-In Residential Coordinator provides support
to adults with developmental disabilities in their home and is
responsible for helping individuals achieve the highest quality of
life in the following areas: Rights and Dignity, Individual Control,
Community and Social Connections, Personal Growth and Accomplishments,
and Personal Well-being.
The
Live-In Residential Coordinator works a 5 day week including evenings,
weekends and asleep overnights. Position includes a Free Studio
apartment on a lovely wooded campus.
Ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills
- Valid
driver’s license
- At least
one to two years of previous residential experience working with
individuals
with developmental disabilities. |
