Lisa Drennan began her career with New England Village in 1988 as a direct care staff member. She worked in a variety of roles including 1:1 companion and advocate. As her career progressed, she became the driving force in establishing the current Residential Enrichment Program, first as the Activities Coordinator and then as the Director of Enrichment programs. In 2004, she was promoted to her present position as Director of the Sollar Wellness Center with responsibility for overseeing the planning and implementation of health, wellness and enrichment services and supports for all residential, day and community participants.
