Tracey Daigneau
Director of Day Services
M.A. Education, Bridgewater State College
Tracey joined the
staff of New England Village
in September of 2001. As the Director of Day
Services, he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of New England
Village’s three day program components, serving a total of 130 individuals. The
Employment Supports program provides individuals a variety of vocational
opportunities through on-site and community work crews and through competitive
placement. The Pathways Day Habilitation program offers a therapeutic
environment for members to participate in structured activities
on-site and in the community with a focus on occupational, physical and speech
related goals. The Day Enrichment program supports individuals who wish to
supplement their current day programming with a variety
of classes in areas such as art, music, fitness, social skills, as well as community volunteer programs.
Tracey has worked in the human
services field for the
past ten years overseeing day, residential and vocational
programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities, traumatic and
acquired brain injuries and a variety of learning disabilities. He is currently
a brain injury specialist certified through the American Association of Brain
Injury Professionals and has presented workshops and served on panels at several
national and international brain injury conferences
