On staff since March of 2006, Donna comes to
us with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources.  She was hired to continue to make New England Village an “Employer of Choice” in the human services sector on the south shore of Boston.  Donna spends her time working in the areas of recruitment and retention, policies and systems, employee relations, performance management, and staff communication and recognition.
