2007 marks New England Village’s 35th anniversary, which made our June 10th Family Day celebration just a little more jubilant this year. Glenn Carey and Beth Sheingold, who also have the distinction of celebrating their 35th year of residence at the Village, made the first cut in our anniversary cake as more than 500 spectators looked on. If we could have placed an order with the weatherman for a perfect summer day, he couldn’t have delivered anything better than what we got on that Sunday.

Of course Family Day is all about people and relationships. Our Village community is buzzing with anticipation in the weeks leading up to this event and all you hear on campus is talk about what members from whose family will be attending. As you look through our pictorial scrapbook of some of the best photos from that day, the smiling faces sum up what this day means to people. Enjoy!
